Good influence in the sense of improving on the British culture (superior culture, inherited from the Romans) probably yes. Influence in direct actions taken a definite no.

Calling British culture "superior" literally made me laugh out loud. Same for Roman culture btw. There are reasons why Europe traces back its intellectual and political tradition to Greece and not Rome.

It's true but, ironically, the woke problem is also giving us a chance to be a source of hope and inspiration. In novels and movies, the darker the threat or the greater the danger a hero faces, the more inspiring the victory is. 1/
