Very subjective list
Not entirely. In particular, the magnitude of von Neumann's impact should be much more widely appreciated than it currently is. Also, the very high impact slope for him and Darwin means the next century will solidify their positions.

It is an illustrious list, no doubt. But if the criterion is impact on human civilisation then maybe Jenner or Fleming would be appropriate.
