None of us are in the position to compare these great figures and their contributions. How can you compare general relativity and Godel's incompleteness theorems? Science is not about one person, it's pyramid work. Frankly, some of Von Neumann's work is based on Turing's.
You can compare impact. (BTW, von Neumann actually owes very little to Turing.)

Impact is decomposed of a wide-scale effort. It is incredibly difficult to causally link impact with specific scientific discoveries. For instance, you might say that impact X is associated with discovery Y, but Y is probably reliant on a lot more (Calc, Algebra, etc).

In that case, the impact should be attributed to the direct contributor of that impact, regardless if they used certain preexisting tools to derive it, essential they might be.
