Physical qubits living longer than fractions of second, a second, and minutes do exist, but means nothing. Dimensionless ratio between gate coupling and decoherence rates is what matters. And for QC, it is needed circuit depth or quantum volume needed for given quantum algorithm
So you agree with my statement: there are no quantum computers with long-lived qubits (as opposed to just long-lived qubits on their own).
