I have found great deals because of targeted advertising. Helped stop me getting ripped off and helped me get what I want without the work of finding it. It helps humans on both ends. Not just the advertiser.

Slavery also performed an economic function. I’m an AI professional with an experience of 11 yrs of helping businesses use AI. There are grades of good. Using AI for surveillance is evil, AI for ads is grey (depends on the ads) AI to tackle climate change is good.
