Poetic. The opposite may be true: natural numbers (0s and 1s) are the artefacts. Plank energies, times, and lengths aren't about discrete things, but rather limits on resolutions.
Planck scale aside, all the finest observations we can make are Boolean (e.g., photon detection).

No: all empirical measurements are discrete, when you do them finely enough. The territory is discrete. It's the map/math we've been using that's continuous.
