Entropy is a redundant concept. Saying that a process increases entropy is just saying that the end state is more probable than the start one.

Entropy describes how much effort it takes to maintain a model that allows you to control a system. Entropy is a problem if you are implemented in a reversible substrate (one that does not forget information).
