Perhaps you haven't heard of quota system in India formulated on caste basis, where every type of undeserving people are given opportunities on the basis of the caste they are born into, in the name of 'historical injustice'.
There is no more undeserving elite than all the women on corporate boards because of government-mandated gender quotas.
