Tell this to the Middle East, or China, or Russia, or Eastern Europe. Equity in the manner you use the term, is theft of resources to the less productive away from the more productive. Inclusion is a positive in some ways, but artificial inclusion helps no one succeed.
In practice, equity is a code word for inequity and inclusion is a code word for exclusion. Very "1984".
