Doesn’t this advice imply that those looking to understand “bias” in AI aren’t completely misguided? (We often try to give pushback on “woke” points of view, but since you have come out so strongly against anything related to the topic of bias in AI, we thought we should ask.)
ML bias, statistical bias, cognitive bias and sociological bias are all very different things. The no-free-lunch theorem does not imply that algorithms are racist!

Algorithms aren’t really biased, although some architectural decisions could lead to problems. But training data sampling can often lead to models that many (e.g. mathematicians with a view of feedback, biologist with a view of nature vs nurture, etc.) would argue are biased.
