I think the argument is that this is the reason why we must ensure that the right humans (ie those with the strongest normative support for their concerns) write the filters
Why would AIs be able to reliably flag hate speech when not even humans can agree on it?

When profit comes above moral, principles are out of the window. Laws come to enforce things a bit later after the harm is done.. unless some nut job gave AI all legal power to decide what is just and what isn’t… Apocalypse then..
