All mathematics is produced by physical objects (brains, computers). Therefore the laws of physics determine what theorems are possible, and mathematics has no existence independent of our universe.

And by the same leap of logic we have no free will - the laws of physics completely determine our mental contents. Then, since ought implies can, and we cannot do otherwise, morality and the justice system are illogical. After all, Ted Kaczynski is just a victim of physics.
