You don't think my views arise out of the intersection of being white, male, Southern, Catholic (as a child), law degree and practice, markup languages - 30 years, etc.? Crenshaw, et al., gave us tools to probe "intersections" that underlie the law. What's not serious?

I didn't say that, I was illustrating the concept of intersectionality. Do you disagree that is an intersection? Implying that other intersections exist as well. With more dimensions certainly.
