I have read some of Bjorn’s work and find most of his analyses misleading. Renewable costs have fallen far faster than economists predicted while disruptions from global warming related natural disasters are already skyrocketing.
No, they are definitely not skyrocketing. Read "False Alarm," which you don't seem to have, or "Unsettled". Also, the main problem with renewables is base load power (and photovoltaic is the only one that's fallen much, but scaling up would drive up materials prices).
