I think the fallacy of “meritocracy” has been amply deconstructed elsewhere. I don’t need to repeat it for a bad faith questioner — you can Google it on your own. I mean, it just sounds like he was a shit instructor to me. Good thing he’s retired I guess.
I guess it says something about you that you call a highly-awarded professor a shit instructor just because he questions affirmative action, and that you say a question is in bad faith just because you don't want to answer it. Open your mind.
