Natural language means I give the computer a description of what the program should do and it figures out the algorithmic details (pseudo code or otherwise.) The computer and I have a conversation, like a product manager and a software engineer would.

Pseudo-code is still imperative, it outlines “how”. This is neither sufficiently advanced nor futuristic. The future of programming is declarative natural language. You state the outcomes you’d like, and not the algorithm to obtain it.
