General is just a lot of narrow working together. I fail to see the difference tbh. Re: original tweet, it's far more likely that natural intelligence will misuse / misunderstand AI and do harm, than will do AI on its own.

Professor, EU has recently released an AI Act, but no legal definition has been given for AI. Given the piece of legislation is actually trying to define uses, practices and promote ethical/normative measures, would you say is important to have such a definition? Technologists...

Mankind is so intelligent that it doesn't need any AI at all. It's another scam just like "the computer will save our time" - and ya all know how much time of mankind had been wasted already in debugging, testing, beta testing, troubleshooting. I'm against, firmly.
