We can't do that. The rule will be eventually abused and innocent ones harmed. All we need is for HR to strictly apply legal and ethical code of conduct that everybody signs. Wokes should be allowed to worship in their cult, but ridiculed publicly otherwise.

Problem is, Human Resources is always the wokest department in any major company. That, and the inevitable wrongful dismissal lawsuits that would follow, funded by left-wing organizations and spearheaded by the ever-woke ACLU.

The scariest part of 'wokeness', IMO, is that it's masked to look acceptable & righteous. But, it's really like a beet dipped in fondue. It looks appetizing if you don't know what's on the inside. Only when you take a bite do you realize it's earthy and bitter.

The branding/social media groups companies pay to know these things are also where the problem is (as rule 1 of being woke is to hijack the largest platform you can to spread the message).

Fire people for wokeness is not the right approach to gain legitimacy. I hate to mention this, but it sounds as suppression of free speech, exactly as the wokes do.

Don't you think that sounds a little extreme?
