Jack Dorsey has the right idea on Sec. 230: "... giving more people choice around what ... ranking algorithms they're using. You can imagine a more market-driven and marketplace approach to algorithms. And that is something that not only we can host, but we can participate in."

Why don’t they provide transparency on how they train these systems? Until that happens i want these foreign companies off EU markets. They stole the market and now even decide our elections. Hope Australia succeeds with Google.
They have valid reasons, like protecting IP and avoiding manipulation. (But the current zero transparency is doubtless too much.)
