Most of the "bias" in AI is actually objectivity. We bake tons of bias into decisions, most in favor of so-called "marginalized groups" This is why it's so tricky to write risk assessment AIs and such - because many times the objectively right answer is not socially acceptable.
Wrong question: How do we shoehorn AI into our existing ethical systems? Right question: How will AI change our ethical systems?

Let's see it this way: AI is changing every aspect of human life. Ethics are not -and should not be- a compilation of rules set on stone, bur it must be based on common ground principles -like human rights. AI needs steering though, and ethics can help it from getting off-road.
