Millennials are peak wokeism. Gen Z is already fed up with it.

Do tell! In my company it’s the opposite: Millennials fancied themselves Woke until they heard the deranged—but earnest—demands of their GenZ staff. “We aren’t truly inclusive until all our products are free.” “Equity requires replacing white employees with Black people.”
As others on this thread have said, the variance within Gen Z is higher. The question is who is lower on average (and, more important, who will prevail). Time will tell.

I believe The Woke will not ultimately prevail. Humans have been here before; now a new generation will have to work through these ideas. I hope the human suffering is limited. Progressive cycles spin back on themselves.
