Is it saying that fair ML is harmful or that fair ML should not be static (and this we need better fair ML)?
"Fair ML" can harm those it's trying to help. This paper proves it mathematically, and won the ICML Best Paper Award. Would it be rejected by NeurIPS as unethical?http://proceedings.mlr.press/v80/liu18c.html
