For some companies and leaders, they accept the problems as just the cost of getting to the right place. Just like companies accept other things as the cost of doing business. It is an optimization problem with differently defined cost functions.
The irony is that companies would actually have less trouble with the wokes if they stuck firmly to meritocracy.
