That post is full of disdain for people who don’t hold a PhD title or those who hold the program manager title, as if only the people who are qualified to talk about AI and ethics are those with a PhD and not in program management. Pretty stuck up I’d say.

PhD is nothing but about spending a long time in one problem field. If someone has spent a long time thinking and writing about something but doesn’t have a degree from an institution doesn’t mean their thoughts aren’t worth listening to. Hopefully that should be obvious.
