Highly unlikely, I am a strong believer that their resurgence from failing to find a bidder few years ago to now is them being sold out to the highly rich radical leftist organisations across globe, CCP among them maybe. Thus the platform became such toxic place with censorship.
In the words of one insider, Twitter has survived numerous attempts by its management to destroy it. Maybe this latest one will do it.

So probably only way for Twitter to change would be if these radical left organisations run out of money and power, probably not happening any time soon.
