think the anima incident was what brought this letter on? whether either party was justified is up for interpretation (imo this is why social sciences is so much harder than STEM..) but I agree that there's perhaps more to signing this letter than agreeing with its contents.
It was much more than that incident. Cancel culture is pervasive and getting worse. We need to stop it now.
