Scientific research should not be mixed with political factors, the latter often being used by a group of people wanting to achieve certain goals in the name of equality, racial justice or whatever they believe is provoking and “sacred” enough.

So, would your calls for NVidia to fire Anima Anandkumar would fall foul of this? If not, why not?

When did Domingos ask Nvidia to fire Anandkumar? I recall that it is the other way around. Anandkunar collected a list of people who liked Domingos' tweets, to get those people fired. Domingos was asked to perform fact finding on that affair.
