One last word on this incident. I have nothing against Anima Anandkumar personally, and I hope and trust she will come back to her senses. In the meantime, we can now breathe easier in the ML community, and the fight against cancel culture continues.

Nice effort. Too much focus on political correctness seems unnormal for a STEM community. Diversity shouldn't mean amplifying differences among the people and tearing them apart.

Pedro please stop. This fight has taken enough collateral damage and innocent victims with it. There's a list without context with me in and other victims calling for cancelling us. Enough damage is enough.

The difference is that the other list is probably assembled by losers who nobody will listen to, instead of by the director of ML at Nvidia. You can probably ignore it :)

It's not group think. Also, healthy dialogue should not include digs against the person you are dialoguing with nor does it imply fighting.
