Pedro please take the high road and stop this. The best way to counteract a person thirst for attention that puts others down is just ignoring them most of the time and call them out on their errors when needed. This is a society, not a war stage
Stopping one cancel-culture bully is just the beginning. There's many more to go.

I totally disavow cancel culture, but aren't you basically doing the same thing - encouraging a social media pile-on and looping in NVIDIA/NIPS/etc? That doesn't mean I agree with Anima etc, but I'm really struggling to understand your point of view here.

I'm pleased to see the push-back is happening. I don't believe the majority of people like or agree with the woke cancel-culture but have been bullied in accepting it by a very loud and aggressive group of fanatics, for fear they will be the next to be cancelled. It's bullying.

That said, we must not become the bullies either. There must be a balance where anyone can speak freely without fear of persecution or abuse. What Anandkumar did was wrong and she has been rightly chastised for it, but lets not ruin that 'win' by becoming bullies ourselves.
