My concern is that she is both fighting for a just cause (ending systemic racism and sexism) and that there are millions of people with her same philosophy ('hate others to stop hatred of others'). How do we evolve this situation to the satisfaction of both sides?

I don't really care if she blocks me, and it doesn't seem like I was listed (which I actually see as a bigger insult, lol), but her actions likely violate Twitters ToS against harassment.

I actually agree with the name change because NIPS seemed to be an exclusive celebrity bash, while NeurIPS seems like a "valid" conference. BUT, she hijacked your thread, made that the issue, and roped-in "ethics activists" to dogpile on you for an issue she raised.
