Gebru tweeted that she wrote that she would work with Samy (her direct manager) on a last date; Dean tweeted that she wrote that she would work on an end date these are close to exact quotes of the tweets iirc

An employee has to state they have resigned. Case law has shown that any employee resignation must be clear and unambiguous.

Leaving aside the condescending tone and that subtweeting is rude, you're misrepresenting a serious situation. Declaring I will resign if you don't accept X, still requires me doing the action of resignation. You cannot declare I resigned on my behalf. This is not some kids game

Premise 1 omits the modal operator of "can" that
@timnitGebru states, and even those who resignated her (fired and claim they accepted her resignation) corroborate. She said she CAN work out an end date. That is a PROFFER of resignation. Hence the RHS doesn't unify w/resignation. - Näytä vastaukset

Learn the laws of the state of CA. Then, try again. We now know your employer doesn’t hire based on merit. Good to know.

They said she'd discuss an end date, Google said they resigned. You're purposely paraphrasing her to prove a semantics point. Lol c'mon

Listen to my exact words as I paraphrase someone because their exact words don't fit my rhetoric. Is there a Latin term for that?
