Should we be looking for the master dataset?
Today’s datasets are not very large. It’s yesterday’s datasets that were ridiculously small.

I would take the size of the dataset out and say the the changing factor is our ability to observe and store data. Like fishing from the ocean by primitive tools and using large floating factories!
