  100% agree. Making things transparent and easy would push us a long way towards universal opt-in, which is the only moral and ethical way to run data collection (and business in general)

  There’s been a few attempts to implement similar things like the DoNotTrack http header but unfortunately it needs the agreement of the website owners, the ads companies and the browser manufacturers
