since i recieved the email (documented) in March i have NEVER seen ANY re-apply button. i have been in rounds of discussions with Creator Support etc and it spins into circles of Repetition and eventual standoff/stagnation.

at this point i will once again bring your Attention to the fact that i successfully argued the Point and Purpouse of C-9 and got my Monetization AND my Channel back, BROKEN as they were but i built it back up. only to have my Monetization taken away AGAIN for the same reason.
