What device are you using? If it's an Android, try uninstalling the app updates, restarting the phone and updating the app. If it's an iOS, try uninstalling the app, restarting the device and installing it again. Let us know if this makes a difference.

Sorry for the late reply, I've been waiting for a channel I have notifications to upload. I can confirm deleting all updates for the app, as well as the data and cache has NOT worked. The device I am using is a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 with all latest updates.pic.twitter.com/8MOz1tiUaR
