I just chased down a shoplifter and helped recover stolen goods. I’ve seen this shit happening a lot more lately.
You can say ‘pandemic’ but our DA @chesaboudin, for whom I idiotically voted, is giving carte blanche and free passes to criminals and it’s getting out of hand.

I appreciate the assist, on behalf of our city. Can you expand on the on the carte blanche from
@chesaboudin? My impression is that the non-enforcement policy of petty theft predates him.3 replies 0 retweets 1 like -

someone who killed a pedestrian in a stolen vehicle while they were drunk and out on parole. The last one in particular does away any goodwill I might have towards Boudin. Here’s an article I was able to find as an example. Take care and ttyl.https://www.google.com/amp/s/ktla.com/news/california/fatal-hit-and-run-suspect-was-free-on-parole-despite-multiple-recent-arrests-in-san-francisco/amp/ …

Hi Notorious, hope you’re well. Without context or expounding upon your statement I can have no means to understand or learn from your point of you. I invite you to consider delving more into your reasoning and rationale if you truly believe that I “seem” unintelligent.

i think its unintelligent to blame the DA for a drunk driving accident, I think it misses the point of the function of the justice system, I think it misses the facts such as the fact that we don't have trial juries right now and we are under pressure to reduce jail pop

Hi and thank you for your clarification
Even though this individual should have been charged for one of the three felonies they committed? He is in custody right now due to the homicides and I doubt that Covid has crippled our ability to detain persons deemed dangerous. 1/1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes
With my experience and what I learned I do not believe there was any chance that he would have been held for these low level crimes, felony doesn't mean anything, they judge the actual actions of the person.
