Not prosecuting parolees charged with residential burglaries is wrong. Boudin even admitted to Michael Krasny how serious a crime he considers burglaries. But now he wants us to think parole violators charged with burglary should be let loose. /1

I don't think he thinks that at all, I think he thinks the parole board should do its job though.

>> Boudin admitted to Michael Krasny how serious a crime he considers burglaries > I don't think he thinks that No, seriously he does, he said this https://www.kqed.org/forum/2010101881460/san-francisco-district-attorney-chesa-boudins-first-year-in-office-ends-in-controversy … > he thinks the parole [officer] should do its job yes, but that's where

all my statements were connected they don't mean the things you think they mean in isolation, I wasn't talking about how serious a crime burglaries are, I was talking about chesa thinking the parole board should do its job

I understand, I don't think I took your statements in isolation, I am saying Boudin's statements are either contradicted by his (in)action or that his policies aren't working to make SF safe.

I don't see any contradiction, sending the case to the parole board is a totally reasonable choice for a DA to make, are you a lawyer?

Okay, if you see no contradiction, then the else clause holds, his policies are ineffective and not working and by maintaining them Boudin endangers the public. No, not a lawyer, are you?

Yeah, I can tell you're not because you seem ignorant of the realities of Mr. Boudin's job. Do you think the DA personally handles every case in his office? Delegation is an incredibly important task for a leader. The only mistake that he made was trusting the parole board.
