What is happening in the Capitol is nothing short of an attempted coup.
This was undeniably promoted by @realDonaldTrump and his intentional subverting of the rule of law.
Hoping everyone who works in the Capitol is safe from this despicable effort to take down our democracy.
I don't see any contradiction, sending the case to the parole board is a totally reasonable choice for a DA to make, are you a lawyer?

I don't think there's anything wrong with a policy of referring parolees to the supervising office, that's a totally normal policy, theres something wrong with the parole office though in that they refused to revoke parole on a man who broke parole several times.
