What is happening in the Capitol is nothing short of an attempted coup.
This was undeniably promoted by @realDonaldTrump and his intentional subverting of the rule of law.
Hoping everyone who works in the Capitol is safe from this despicable effort to take down our democracy.

I thought you might be smart enough to stay off twitter for a while. I guess not. How about some concern to keep the citizens of San Francisco safe?

Not prosecuting parolees charged with residential burglaries is wrong. Boudin even admitted to Michael Krasny how serious a crime he considers burglaries. But now he wants us to think parole violators charged with burglary should be let loose. /1

I don't think he thinks that at all, I think he thinks the parole board should do its job though.

Boudin wants to have it both ways Claiming to Forum how seriously he takes residential burglaries, but deferring action on parole violators charged with burglary to the parole officer. That's incoherent, not working and a valid reason to criticize his behavior in office.

its not incoherent, expecting parole officers to handle parolees is the entire point of the parole system, otherwise we would not have parole as a concept in the 1st place, we would just have typical civilian courts.

the entire point is so that we don't burden the legal system with cases involving recently released felons, the parole system is supposed to use the latitude we grant them to punish parolees who violate parole.
