Yes? Did two people die? I could have told you that @tmcalister75 would have eventually killed someone, but I wasn’t certain how many people.
chesa boudin doesn't have the authority to revoke parole, why didn't this guys parole officer do anything is the real question lmao

Could he have filed more charges? The articles make it sound like it was a hot potato. Both entities seem like they had the power to prevent this, both chose not to.

The parole board has a lot more authority here to hold this man than Chesa, the burden of proof for a parole board is very low, it would have been easy to revoke parole and put this man back in prison. Chesa would have to prove this man guilty in front of a jury, 100% different.

Hmm, I think we’re going in circles. No one asked for Chesa boudin to revoke a parole, they asked him to file additional charges? Am I understanding this right? Why does it matter if CB has or has not the authority on X? He’s probably not authorized to settle on Mars either...

If the parole officer revoked his parole then these people would be alive, really makes you think.

That's false, the DA doesn't get a say in this, the parole board decides to revoke parole all on their own, the parole officer never initiated parole revocation.
