I read the article, two people have died. Killed by someone who could have been in prison. I realize that I may be lost, are we discussing the same thing? Guy - on parole - murders people?

of course we have statistics on this, I would start by going through a search engine like Google Scholar and look for some articles relevant to your topic. Then use sci-hub to download the papers.
