I'm fairly certain if Chesa was this mans lawyer he would have advised him not to break the conditions of his release, I don't see how Chesa could possibly be the one who is at fault for someone else's actions.

Like you see how you're being illogical, you are assigning some kind of intent to Chesa's actions when the reality is he is trying to help people, it's not his fault that some people chronically reoffend, this was silly when they did it to Dukakis in 88 and its silly now.

I have no idea what the details of this case are, I have no idea what Mr. Boudin is privy to, what I do know is he has been unfairly maligned and frankly attacked since he became DA by people trying to start a fear mongering campaign against him.
