Our survey aimed to give survivors an opportunity to be heard by us—including those who don’t have a media platform. But the perspectives of two survivors whose crimes happened years before I took office don’t represent all survivors.

It’s fine to disagree with our policies or practices. But,

so because of demographics being reshuffled the filing rate isn’t high enough? but what do demographics have to do with the filing rate being higher than ever?
