Technically, I like the rule in Vancouver - you don't smoke in parks. Mind you it's because of fire threats, but, it's actually a solid rule. I'm not opposed to it. However, comical that Ford has no idea what his own laws are.

Ford is an ignorant politician. He seldom knows the facts. He never does his homework and spews whatever he thinks. That is why he is so very often wrong but his massive ego does not allow him to ever apologize or admit he was wrong.
