The only reason the xbox one isn't hacked is because it's a very unappealing target, the ps4 was hacked and fares commercially a lot better. Even then the xbox one will eventually be hacked, not for piracy, but for educational and emulation purposes.

Consider too that Xbox One also has homebrew-like capability out of the box, so there's less of an incentive to do it. Combine that with how much more work is involved with pwning xbone, and that people are less inclined to burn win10 vulns (more valuable) - no surprise.
