I’m guessing it’s extremely unlikely it would make its way through the atmosphere.
Based on data from the webcast it looks like the Electron reached only a -5500 x 195 km x 97 deg orbit, well short of orbital velocity. I estimate impact about 700 km south of Wellington.

False, It did not achieve orbital speeds, thus reentry would be much less energetic- It may deform but absolutely not burn entirely
