After years of campaigning for a safe, inclusive Parliament, we are encouraged by progress this week, inc. the passing of the Respect at Work legislation, a draft code of conduct, & a commitment that both fed & state Parliaments will prevent sexual harassment. #16DaysOfActivism

The Respect at Work Bill 2022 has passed. This signals an enormous shift in political will and public opinion. Among other important changes, this legislation puts the onus on employers to be proactive in preventing and eliminating workplace sexual harassment. A great day.
