That's twice today that prosecutors have claimed Jason Van Dyke's defense team is striking potential jurors based on race. Judge has denied both motions. So far, one of nine jurors selected is African American

The majority of black people have never sat on a jury or been picked for jury duty. I'm 37 and I've never had jury duty I have white friends who have been chosen multiple times.

...and this only surprises white liberals...those who refuse to see how racism truly works in their daily lives, in their work lives, at home etc. out of 20 reporters in the court room only 2 appeared to be black

I get it now. It’s an unfortunate position to be in, to be white and trying to tell everyone about black death. I’ve been glad to see a few young black journos rock it in Chicago recently. Still, they can’t be expected to cover everything, so I continue my own investigations
