Just got done counting them all, the answer is that -9223372036854775808 of the possible values have been used.

Back to your "N computers generating K values for Z years" metric, I think you get very different time periods for assuming a coordinated effort to exhaust the search space vs everybody generating numbers uniformly at random the latter approach can take a *lot* longer? I think

Might be relevant to imagine the global rate of UUID generation. though both words of a type 4 uuid have a few pesky constant bits, so maybe not :( but you could at least get a quarter or an eight or whatever of the range that way
