    By analysing how FINGERS interact w/WiFi signals, #InfoSec researchers accurately recover 93.5+% of all keystrokes. https://www.sigmobile.org/mobicom/2015/papers/p90-aliA.pdf …

        @pjf That's why I carry around my own keymap file on a USB stick. The black hats know what keys I pressed but not what characters they are!

        @futzle @pjf wouldn't work, they could do frequency analysis. Or just use existing mitm access to your email to get a cleartext to compare

        @futzle @pjf there's something about unexpected side channels that makes it hard to reply with anything but paranoia or jokes about it

        @ireneista @futzle @pjf It's especially tough when there aren't any solid recommendations in terms of what can be done about this.

        @ireneista @futzle @pjf Even suggestions like "don't use WiFi" don't hold up, because while you aren't someone else will be.

        @AdamOfDc949 @ireneista @futzle : That's the thing; it's another machine which is providing the steady WiFi signal. Advice: Don't use tech.

        @pjf @AdamOfDc949 @ireneista @futzle advice: don't communicate with humans either. Untrustworthy things.
